Once these details are entered, click “Search,” and the website will display the various available vehicle options. After selecting the vehicle, the customer will enter the required personal information, which includes: first and last name, email address, and phone number.

          1. Geographical Scope
            This website operates and sells within Spanish territory. Hereinafter, this geographical scope shall be referred to as “the Territory.” Therefore, reservations are only accepted within the Territory. The use of this website, as well as any reservations made through it, is considered to have taken place in Spain and is therefore subject to current Spanish laws and regulations. The Provider does not accept or fulfill orders outside the aforementioned Territory. The foregoing is stated without prejudice to the possibility that we may soon offer these services in the excluded areas, in which case it will be announced in advance on this website.

Product Information The Provider takes great care to provide accurate information regarding the features of its services through technical descriptions and photographs illustrating the available vehicles. All of this is done within the limits of current technology and in accordance with market standards.

          1. Taxes, Currency, and Shipping Costs
            In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). The prices listed for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are always expressed in Euros (€). Unless expressly stated otherwise, these prices do not include shipping costs or any other additional services related to the purchased product.

              The website offers the following services:

                 

                  • Transfer services between Málaga Airport and any destination in Spain.

                  • Transportation services between two locations within Andalusia.

              1. Maximum order amount:
                Each reservation allows for the purchase of only two services: the outbound and return trips.

              1. How to cancel my order
                Service cancellations must be made via email to info@autosol.es at least 24 hours in advance. If this procedure is not followed, the full service fee will be charged. Cancellations made through the website’s booking system can be made up to 24 hours before the first scheduled transfer date. If payment was made to the driver, there is no charge to the customer for cancellation. However, if your reservation was paid for via PayPal, 20% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. The hours for notifying us of cancellations or changes are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

              1. Value-Added Tax
                In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website are subject to Value-Added Tax (VAT).

              1. Payment Methods or Options
                In general, the User may choose the payment method:
                1. By credit/debit card, for which you will be asked to provide, among other things:
                  • first and last name;
                  • card number;
                  • CVV/CVC;
                  • card expiration date;
                    Once you have verified all the information regarding your reservation, you will be prompted to select your preferred payment method and enter your payment details. If the payment platform indicates that the card has been declined, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified of the cancellation online and in real time, as mentioned earlier.

                   

                    1. By bank transfer
                      You must make the transfer to the account that will be provided to you in due course. IMPORTANT: In the transfer description, please include only the order number that will be provided to you.

                    1. Via PayPal
                      You can pay for your purchase via PayPal. Your card information will not be stored in our database, as it will be entered on the secure website of the bank you choose.

                1. General Provisions Regarding the Payment Process

                     

                      • The payment order issued by the customer necessarily implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions as well as the specific terms and conditions of the reservation.

                      • Regardless of the payment method chosen by the customer, all payments will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to that method as established by the relevant financial institutions or secure payment platforms (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

                      • Once payment has been successfully processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email from us containing the details of their reservation and payment confirmation. For cash payments, the system sends a confirmation email with the reservation details.

                The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel payments or reservations if there are indications of fraudulent activity, and will report any conduct that may warrant investigation to the relevant authorities for the purpose of fraud prevention.

                   

                    1. Returns of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, or in exercise of the right of withdrawal
                      Pursuant to Article 103(L) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the sale of our products is exempt from the application of the right of withdrawal. The article states the following: “The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, the transport of goods, vehicle rental, food, or services related to recreational activities, if the contracts specify a specific date or period of performance.”

                    1. Product Warranty All items offered on our website are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty in accordance with applicable laws.

                    1. Rights of the Service Provider

                         

                          • To maintain, modify, or suspend its website without prior notice.

                          • Change the price of the offers.

                          • Reject orders due to out-of-stock items or non-payment by the customer.

                          • Deny customers access to IT tools in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions. – Collect payment for the customer’s purchases once the transaction has been accepted.

                          • To retain title to and full ownership of the item until full payment has been made by the customer.

                          • Do not reproduce, transfer, or otherwise use the information published by the Provider in any of its content without the express permission of the company itself.

                          • Correct or rectify human or computer errors.


                      1. Disclaimer All information provided by the User to the Provider through the relevant forms must be accurate. It is the User’s responsibility to keep the information provided to the Provider duly updated. In any case, the Provider disclaims any liability for damages or losses caused as a result of providing false, insufficient, inaccurate, or incorrect information. Access to the website does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to verify the authenticity, suitability, completeness, accuracy, appropriateness, and currency of the information provided by the User through the corresponding forms.The Provider shall not be liable in cases where it is the responsibility of the parents, guardians, or legal representatives of minor or incapacitated Users to authorize access, the provision of personal information, or the use of the website, or the purchase of any products or services provided through the applications or web platform. It shall be the responsibility of the aforementioned parents, guardians, or legal representatives to supervise the access and use by the minor or incapacitated person of the products and services provided through WWW.AUTOSOL.ES. Users’ access to the Content does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to ensure the absence of viruses or computer elements that may have a harmful effect on the User’s computer equipment. In any case, it is the User’s responsibility to have the necessary tools to detect such viruses or harmful computer elements. Consequently, the Provider shall not be liable for any damages caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during access to the Content. The Provider shall not be liable for any interruptions in electrical or telecommunications services that prevent Users from using the services offered.

                      1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
                        These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly provided for herein.
